McLaren Vale is also known for its beautiful, locally grown produce from surrounding areas. On this tour we combine the love of food and wine showcasing some of McLaren Vale’s best dining experiences.
Our McLaren Vale Foodie Tour itinerary is:
- 9.15am Pick up from Adelaide CBD/ metro area or as arranged with our office
- 10.00am Mollydooker Wines Sip bold, playful wines with a twist at Mollydooker—one of McLaren Vale’s most vibrant and spirited winery experience
- 11.30am Dandelion Vineyards for a wine tasting with their passionate & knowledgeable team plus bite sized wonders are complimentary
- 1pm Tastings in the Cube first, followed by a relaxing an exquisite lunch in d’Arrys Verandah at D’Arenberg Winery here you will experience the finest local and seasonal produce, enhancing the culinary experience with the extensive and world-renowned d’Arenberg wine portfolio
- 4.00pm Depart for a leisurely cruise back to Adelaide

This tour is designed to give you a taste of the regions best wineries and scenic views. Our Barossa Valley Boutique Winery Tour itinerary is:
- 9.00am Pick up from Adelaide CBD/ metro area or as arranged with our office
- 10.00am We will start the day at Torbrecks Vintners where powerful, old-vine Shiraz and Rhône-inspired wines are poured in a stunning stone cellar door surrounded by ancient vineyards
- 11.30am Paulmara Estates Uncover the passion of boutique winemaking at Paulmara Estates, where intimate tastings, rare varietals, and family stories create a truly personal Barossa experience.
- 1pm Lunch at the well known Greenock Hotel known for its warm hospitality, hearty meals, and a curated selection of local wines and craft beers. The Greenock provides an authentic taste of Barossa’s culinary and cultural heritage.
- 2.30pm Hentley Farm Discover premium single-estate wines in a breathtaking setting at this award-winning winery.
- 3.45pm Finish your day in style with a relaxed tasting or cocktail in this chic underground cellar lounge at the Underground Barossa

Private Tour for up to 7 persons (8 hours)
Exploring the Adelaide Hills wine region reveals a mosaic of boutique wineries, each with its own story to tell. The cellar doors, often set against panoramic views of rolling hills and valleys invite visitors to savour handcrafted wines in an intimate setting.
Set off on a luxurious journey to the Adelaide Hills enjoying what is to come where you choose your lunch venue, and we’ll surprise you with our choice of the cellar door tastings.
Our Adelaide Hills Food & Wine Lovers Tour itinerary is:
- 10am Pick up from Adelaide CBD/ metro area (or as arranged with our office)
- 10.45am We will head up to Mount Lofty lookout which gives you a birds eye view over the city of Adelaide.
- 11am Wine Tasting at Nepenthe where you will experience the essence of the Adelaide Hills, where a guided tasting showcases their vibrant, cool-climate varietals amidst stunning vineyard views.
- 12noon Lunch + tasting at The Lane vineyard here you can immerse yourself in the subtleties of their single-vineyard Estate wines, expertly paired with the culinary creations of head chef, Cameron Ahl, showcased in the Provenance & Harvest menus, featuring the finest South Australian produce.
- 2.30pm Finish Tasting at Howard Vineyard where we recommend their divine Charcuterie board at Clover & Stone restaurant
- 3.45pm Depart back to Adelaide CBD

Adelaide City
Here you can discover superb architecture, cultural boulevards, surrounding parklands and wide streets and then you’ll appreciate why we have been ranked as one of the most liveable cities in the world.
Central Adelaide
Some options that may appeal to you range from visiting the Colonel William Light Look Out, located in North Adelaide. Colonel Light came to Adelaide in 1837, to survey the site to decide where the colony should build. A life-size statue of him now stands proud at the top of the hill and is a popular hotspot for visitors to go and learn about the history of the city while gazing out at the spectacular views of Adelaide. A drive around historic North Adelaide is worth the cruise to see this areas impressive, age-old buildings, lush gardens and stunning jacaranda trees in purple bloom (around November).
The Adelaide Central Market is an iconic must see when visiting. With plenty of food and tastings you won’t be disappointed.
A visit to Haighs Chocolates Visitor Centre is a must for any chocolate lover.
St Peter’s Cathedral is a great photo stop, not only for the beautiful church that stands proudly at the edge of North Adelaide.
Right next door is Adelaide Oval where you can watch a local AFL game. Adelaide oval is perfect for any sport enthusiasts as there are sports history tours and if you’re brave, there is the roof climb.
Once you have conquered these great locations, we recommend a drive by Adelaide University, the State Library, the South Australian Art Gallery & SA Museum – all ideal stops for the history & art lovers (and located within walking distance from each other).
For the garden lover, we recommend a visit to the Adelaide Botanic Gardens where the variety of gardens, plants and displays is sure to impress (bring your walking shoes). Often there are various sculptural exhibitions or events in the Botanic Gardens, so it’s worth checking out their website to review their calendar of events. Opposite the gardens is our beautiful Botanic Park where the Morton Bay Fig trees are worth getting out of the car to see the size and beauty of these great trees.
At the National Wine Centre, located in the heart of Adelaide, you can learn all about wine production in South Australia and across the country. Here you can have an expert-led wine tour, have a beautiful meal, work your way through the interactive displays of the Wine Discovery Journey Museum and enjoy a wine tasting (bookings are required, but we can arrange this for you as part of your tour).
Visit Adelaide Zoo or Monarto Safari Park for a great experience
Just around the corner is our beloved Adelaide Zoo where Xing Qiu and Yi Lan the Pandas from China are living. The zoo is a wonderful place to wander and take in the wide variety of animals and sensory experience. (For a more safari tailored approach, you may like to visit Monarto Safari Park near Murray Bridge – 72km from the city.
Monarto Safari Park features a larger park where the animals can run wild in large enclosures giving you a safari feel not to mention the wonderful breeding program they have to keep animals such as the White Rhino from extinction.)
Mount Lofty Summit has a spectacular lookout (dependent on weather). Here you can relax with a hot drink, meal or wine and take in the beautiful views. You may even spot a koala which are regularly seen in the area.
Glenelg
Heading to the coast, located only 12 kilometres from the city, is Glenelg beach. Glenelg draws families to its long, sandy beach, jetty (perfect for a stroll), ice cream, wine bars, shops to browse, hotels, marina, cafes and many restaurants. The Beach House amusement centre, with waterslides, rides and arcade games will keep the kids entertained. The Bay Discovery Centre in the 1870s Town Hall has local history exhibits including a vintage swimwear collection, and dolphin-spotting cruises cast off from nearby Holdfast Marina (must be pre-booked). Here you will find laid-back pubs, organic cafes, global eateries and boutiques which give the area a trendy vibe and is a great ice cream stop to wind up your day.
